I AGREE 100%! i get so irritated when some people on tumblr are always like ‘wtf im like a super real photographer just cause i know how to blah blah and blah blah’ its like dude SHUTUP, no one cares. why cant people BE CHILL and let them do what they want, its like dancing, why do people care if people start becoming dancers, singers, etc etc etc. WHO CARES!?!?!? The people who think theyre a real photographer, dancer, singer, chef, etc, are always the ones who think they started it and swear like people are following a ‘trend.’ foreals, get over yourselves. and if you are offended by this post, then you must be one of them. ive been meaning to blog something about this, so thanks mikhail! haha I agree with both of you, and to be honest I bought my DSLR to share my thoughts and feelings through photographs because it was the only option to share my side of my “art”sy type of ways. I can’t draw, I can’t right good poems, and I certainly can’t paint but I can always show a object, take a picture, and try to make you see my point of view. Anyways, if you have a DSLR or a point and shoot camera, don’t mind the hype and don’t mind what people say because you decide whether what you want to be cause your doing it to explore and understand something new or something you think you can be interested in. Exploring and having fun with it is a really good opportunity to find something that you can add to your hobbies. I mean photography is a really great hobby, but expensive way to own a camera such as a DSLR. Hey if you love what you do and think its a right way to satisfy yourself, then go ahead spend a little money on it. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t be this or that, decide for yourself whether you want to be called a photographer or a artists or just a person who loves the quality. Doesn’t matter if you want to be in the hype or not, just do it cause you want to and having that feeling of exploring something new. No one is going to stop you from doing it. Yeah, what’s a camera for if you’re not a photographer. You don’t call people who take pictures a ‘chef’ right? You call them Photographers, what else are you gonna call them? So people need to hate, you can’t tell people to stop taking pictures. You don’t control their life.

Yeah, what’s a camera for if you’re not a photographer. You don’t call people who take pictures a ‘chef’ right? You call them Photographers, what else are you gonna call them? So people need to hate, you can’t tell people to stop taking pictures. You don’t control their life.
